Returns & exchanges


Products can be returned within 14 calendar days. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition (original label still present).

Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Your order must be in "delivered" status to be able to request a return.

It is imperative to include your invoice in the package for your return to be processed.


1° Access the "My orders" section of your customer account

2° Select "Make a return" opposite the order concerned

3° Follow the return instructions indicated on the page at this stage

4° Go to the "My returns" tab in your customer area to find out the address to return your package to.

5° Attach the invoice with the reference of your order in your package.

Carefully keep the tracking number for your return.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to follow our return procedure by selecting the return reason "defective product". We also invite you to contact us via our form to send us a photo of the damaged product, so that we can solve this little problem very quickly.


As we do not carry out direct exchanges, we invite you to return your order to us in order to receive your refund. So you can re-order for the desired product.


The refund will be made within 10-15 days of receipt of your package at our premises.

If you have returned an order, you will be refunded to the same payment method you used for purchase.

Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
